The Order Process
Having completed the order process we will email you, acknowledging the details of the products chosen and the associated product and shipping costs. Please note that although the Owner makes every effort to ensure that stock levels are correct, from time to time and with fluctuating demand it may be possible for us to run out of stock items. Where this has occurred we will offer you suggestions for alternative products or make a full refund.
We will only despatch once an authorised payment has been made and it is only upon despatch that a contract is deemed to have been made. The owner reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any order. Under such circumstances a refund will be made within 2 working days.
All prices are in UK Pound Stirling as standard, however the web shop does allow translation into various foreign currencies.
Postage costs will be listed separately on the receipt and through out the shopping process.
The Owner has made every effort to ensure that the prices shown on this web site are accurate and complete. We reserve the right to change the prices of our product without notice.

In order for us to operate a secure and safe shopping experience certain information will be collected by us in order to prevent fraudulent use of Credit and Debit cards. By ordering from our site you are consenting to such information being gathered during the shopping process. All data collected will be kept secure in line with the 1998 data protection act.
Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order at any time without reason within fourteen working days of delivery. Please ensure that the items are not used and are in the same condition that they were received in. In these circumstances please return the product to the address in the contact details retaining proof of postage. Postage costs for returning products will be born by the customer. A full refund will only be given upon receipt of an unused and undamaged product.
In the event of breakages or damaged goods, the Owner must be contacted within 3 days of delivery. The goods are then to be returned to the contact address. along with proof of the postage costs for doing so. A full refund including postage costs to return the product will be given once the product has been received by us.
All items currently in stock will be despatched within 3 working days of placing the order. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Delivery prices are specific to each individual product and are based upon weight and size of the products being shipped. At checkout you will be asked to specify whether the products are to be shipped to mainland UK, Highlands and islands of the Uk, Northern Ireland, Western Europe or the Rest of Europe. Different shipping prices apply to different regions.
All items are sent by Royal Mail First Class in the UK or courier company. Please be aware that at times these services can fluctuate having an impact upon the delivery time of your products. Royal Mail does not consider a letter or parcel lost until 15 working days after the due delivery date. For that reason we ask you to please wait until 20 working days after the order date before contacting us with regards to a product that has not been delivered. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties carrying out the deliveries.
For higher price items the Owner may chose to ship the product using a recorded or signed for delivery where appropriate.
