This Notice sets out the type of information we collect or are supplied with in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that apply from 25th May 2018. It tells you how the information is held and how it is used.
The owner is committed to protecting your privacy.
We do not share your information with anyone else except the delivery company who will be delivering your order.
We do not sell your details to any other organisation. We do not provide your details to other organisations unless required to do so by legal order.
When you contact us on our website page or via email or phone we hold only the information you gave us and we will only use it for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and fulfilling any order from you. This information may include your email address, name, delivery address, order address and/or telephone number.
If you pay for your order by BACS we do not receive your bank details. If you pay via our website or paypal request we do not receive your bank or credit card details.
Your information is held securely and any information no longer required is deleted. You can ask us to delete or amend your details at any time, however if you have purchased products from us we must maintain comply with accounting record requirements.
You are entitled to know what information we hold about you and how it is processed. If we receive such a request we would require you to prove your identity before any information is divulged. We would respond to you within one month as required by the Regulations.
